El otro día recibí el manuscrito de Kodansha para el nuevo libro del Sôke sobre Budo Taijutsu. Tengo que ser cuidadoso sobre lo que digo y cuanto digo al respecto, pero diré que el libro se centra en los principales Ryuha y temas de la Bujinkan de los últimos años. Hay también una descripción detallada paso a paso de cada waza de cada escuela, lo cual eliminará la necesidad de mucha gente de coleccionar técnicas.
Todo está ahí, de una fuente concisa. También diré que la gente que no sea de Bujinkan tendrá dificultades para descifrarlo. Nada puede sustituir a la experiencia y a la exposición al bufu ikkan. Necesitas haber sido socializado en un medio ambiente determinado para comprender el lenguaje.

Este es nuestro Budo Taijutsu a un nuevo nivel y tendrá sentido para todos aquellos que tengan abiertos los ojos de la mente.

En comparación con el antiguo y tan buscado tras su descatalogación libro de Taijutsu, este libro es el Nuevo Testamento. Nos trae conjuntamente la filosofía del Sôke sobre el Budo y otras artes. El Sôke es un verdadero artista y esto queda claro en la calidad de todo su trabajo.

Sobre cuando saldrá a la luz este libro, no hay aún una fecha prefijada. Mantendré este blog actualizado a medida que el proyecto vaya avanzando. Deseadnos suerte ya que el trabajo no es fácil.

Budo Taijutsu-The Book

The other day, I received the manuscript from Kodansha for Soke’s new book on Budo Taijutsu. I have to be somewhat careful of what and how much I say, but I will say that the book is focusing on the major Ryhuha and themes of the Bujinkan over the past years. There is also a step by step description of each of the waza in each Ryuha, which should eliminate the need for people to ever collect waza again. It is all there, in one concise source. I will also say that non Bujinkan will have difficulty to decipher the code. There is nothing that can replace the needed experience and exposure to bufu ikkan. You need to have been socialized in the environment to understand the language.

This is our Budo Taijutsu at a new level and will make sense for those that have open the minds eye.

In comparison to the older and highly sought after out of print Taijutsu Book, this book is the new testament. It brings together Soke’s philosophy on Budo and other arts. Soke is truly an artist and this is clear in the quality of all his works.

As for when the book will be released, there is no set date. I will keep this blog updated as the project rolls on. Wish us luck, the job is not an easy one.
